The villa is situated in a quiet hamlet of approx twenty others and is remote so a car is a necessity. In saying that it is 15 minutes from the coast and ten minutes from major supermarkets and shopping centres.
All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. There is a large patio on two sides of the villa with alfresco dining under the covered veranda, 8m x 4m raised swimming pool with gate for child protection, built in barbecue area and below fruit trees including oranges, lemons, pomegranates, blue figs etc.
The living room has three leather sofas, TV, Freeview, DVD.
The kitchen has the usual cooking facilities and a small dining table.

Notes
You can be at the beach within 15 minutes drive at either Santiago de la Ribera, a popular sandy beach with shallow water, safe for small children. Or Los Alcazares, with long sandy beaches and watersports
These are both on the Mar Menor (salt water lagoon) but there are also beaches nearby on the Mediterranean Sea.
Lo Pagan, famous for its healing mud therapy, is 15 minutes drive also.
The golf courses at Roda, Peraleja Golf, Hacienda Riquelme, La Serena, La Torre, Campamor and La Manga are all within 20 minutes drive.
For history and culture, both Cartagena and Murcia city are within 30 minutes drive, and are well worth a visit.
