The estate called the Tropical Garden House, is in the suburb called Piedra Hincada. Everything has been designed to enjoy your most beautiful holiday - for big and small. BBQ and covered terrace to enjoy delicious grills or start the day with a wonderful breakfast outside in your garden, enjoy the tranquility, peace and nature which surrounds you. Your eyes will laugh and your heart will sing from what you will experience being in the Tropical Garden House, as you will be surrounded by a 6000m2 most beautiful designed garden, with a big collection of different plants and trees, it is like being in your own botanical garden. Private swimming pool for the pleasure and relaxation, designed to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade under the wonderful palm trees. Have fun playing tennis in your private tennis-court and through a party at your big covered BBQ area outside. Enjoy the amazing views and the sunset of the island La Gomera and El Hierro.
The area where the Tropical Garden House is placed, is very unique and one of its kind, as your are surrounded by banana plantations and tranquility. To get to our house, you drive through our private natural gravel road, before arriving at our estate. It is build in the middle of a 6000m2 beautiful tropical garden, very peaceful and full of natural life. It is located in Piedra Hincada, 300m above sea-level. Supermarket, farmer's market, shops, bars, restaurants, some beaches, golf area and our local fisher village San Juan is only 3km away, where you can go for a nice walks on the beach promenade and try the local restaurants, who are known for good fish. Towns, like Las America and Puerto Santiago the heart of the south island, being just a short drive (15-20 minutes) away from our house.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance has to be remitted not later then 28 days prior to tenant occupancy, plus a 500€ bond, which we will transfer back to your account, after the inspection of our house.
