Located in a corner, with a garden (700 sqm) all around the house and with a private swiming pool surrounded by a fence to prevent children's falling. A big terrace oriented to the East and over the lawn and trees is the best for summer afternoons and winter breakfast. Another terrace in the main entrance and oriented to the west is great to have breakfast in summer over more lawn and palm-trees. The barbecue close to the pool is perfect to organise parties with friends.

The villa is decorated in the traditional Spanish style with dark wood furniture , wooden 'casetones' doors and wooden blinds. It has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms recently restored. All equipment new (microware, dishwasher, washing machine). SatelliteTV and DVD recorder. Beds and mattresses are new from 2009 and decoration has been renewed in 2010. The villa is equipped with heating and chimney to be used in winter. The villa is well prepared for children.

Just 100 meters away from the villa there is a "Social Club" with big swimming pool, small swimming pool for children, 3 tennis courts, playground for children, cafeteria and free internet access. Free entrance if you are staying in the villa.

30% of the rental rate is required as a booking deposit. Due balance is required 4 weeks before arrival

Services included: initial and final cleaning.
Services upon request: daily cleaning (10 euros per hour to be paid directly to her), daily cooking (10 euros per hour), babysitting (6 euros per hour), firewood (15 euros / 100 kg).
