This beautiful apartment has 2 separate bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has sea views. The TV has a usb-connection so that you can play your own movies. The enclosed area of the apartment has a swimming pool and paddle court. Internet connection is free and there is also a PC available.

Within a few hundred meters there are several restaurants, supermarkets, a hospital and banks. Just around the corner there is a bus stop to the city centre.

The beach and boulevard are at 5min walking from the apartment. The boulevard (approx 5km) runs all the way to the historic city with its characteristic narrow streets with restaurants, tapas bars, Cathedral, Alcazaba, Gibralfaro, Picasso museum.

With a hired car or train you can make day trips to Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita), Tarifa, Antequera (El Torcal), Mijas, Ronda and explore county site of Andalucia.

Great apartment!

The apartment was in excellent, brand new condition and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owners were very helpful in providing information about the area including maps, bus schedules, and directions to the shopping center (with a Carrefour store) just a few blocks away. Beach access is about 1 - 2 blocks from the apartment and from there it is possible to walk all the way (5 kms) to the center of Malaga via a large promenade. This apartment is on the western edge of the city and was very convenient for our late airport arrival and early departure. The building is quite new with a secure enclosed parking area and there is also a bus stop across the street. The area is primarily residential with a few bars and restaurants and there was minimal street noise during our stay. The only minor negative for us was the lack of internet access in the apartment (in January of 2012) but the owner indicated he was going to try to install internet service in the future. We ended up buying a local SIM chip for our ipad so we could easily access the internet for maps, activities and directions. We rent apartments wherever we vacation and this is the best one we have ever rented. I hesitate to write this because I hope it will be available when we return to Malaga!
