Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and en-suite, twin room with en-suite and guest toilet. Both rooms have beautiful views to the mountains and garden

The first floor has two twin bedrooms both en-suite and master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite leading onto a private sun terrace where you can relax with your morning tea and newspaper. This terrace is private and can be locked from the inside so if you want to escape that's the place to go. There is a shared sun terrace from the main bedroom you can lie in bed and see the most beautiful view of the mountains. Also on the shared sun terrace is a swing chair where you can just sit and relax with views to mountains and sea.

The two further twin rooms on the 1st floor also have wonderful views to mountains

in the basement there is a large games room with music centre, football table, pool table, karaoke machine, TV, bar with optics and fridge to keep your drinks cool. There is also a separate shower room with shower toilet and sink. In the double garage is a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying area iron and ironing board.

In the lounge we have a selection of DVDs and music CDs and magazines. There is parking for approximately 4 cars. The 11m x 5m pool is not heated, there are steps entering the pool from the shallow end leading to deep end. There is a selection of water floats for children. The table tennis table is outside round the pool during summer months.

We supply bed linen and towels (not beach or pool towels). This villa is air conditioned for both hot and cool air. Overall it is very spacious finished to a high standard private and has spectacular views.

Please note there is an electricity allowance of 450kw per week extra usage will be taken from security deposit
