Newly constructed block of apartments situated before the entrance to Roses in Santa Margarida. With modern decor and a lift to 4th floor top apartment. This apartment has fantastic panoramic views with the two marinas being viewed from the balcony that leads off from the double bedroom and lounge area right across to the Pyrenees mountain range.

Spiral steps lead up from this balcony to the roof terrace where you have your own space to enjoy a Barbeque, sunbathe and enjoy panoramic views over the mountains, marinas and sea.

On entering the property there is modern fully fitted kitchen which then leads onto the open planned lounge/dining area with seating for 4 people.

Down a corridor you will find a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment.

The double bedroom leads onto the terrace and the bedroom with bunk beds overlooks the marina infront.

The swimming pool is situated on the ground level and is a very big pool with modern tiling and wooden deck surround.

This is a great location for anyone interested in cycling or walking all year round as just a couple of minutes walk up the road leads into the national park of the Aiguamolles.

The beach is also only approximately 15 minutes walk, making it a great family location during summer months.

There is so much to see and do in this area including a great water park, horseriding, snorkling, scuba diving, go-karting, sky diving plus visiting the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres, the old residence of Dali in Port Lligat and many other historic Spanish villages.

My husband and I with our children have lived in Roses for 7 years and rented our villa for the past 4 years which has enabled us to meet many new friends and share our great knowledge and experience of the local area.
Some of our friends asked us to advertise theirs too and we are always on hand to help out with advice on where to go what to do, good restaurants etc to make your holiday a very special one.
