Situated only 5-minutes walk from the Paseo Maritimo, and Torreblanca train station. Constructed in the 2002, the urbanization has 7 blocks with a total of 146 apartments surrounded by prestigious gardens. The facilities include 2 swimming pools, one for children and another one for adults There is also a safe and secure parking. The closed complex has security cameras providing a safe environment for all the residents. This apartment is accessed from the ground floor but is on 6th floor level, is well presented, spacious and newly decorated. Views from the large furnished terrace look over the pool and gardens.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite facilities and patio doors leading to the large terrace. The other bedroom has twin beds, thus sleeping 4 comfortably. In addition a fold-up bed may be hired if required. The Lounge/Dining room is spacious with Satellite TV, and with patio doors leading on to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for self-catering, including washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc.
