This modern spacious design villa is located at one of the most beautiful places of Spain, in the Sitges hills (Olivella), adjacent to the Garraf national park, the Penedes wine area and ten minutes from the beach of Sitges, an authentic Catalan beach town, and thirty minutes from the center of Barcelona.

The villa has an infinity swimming pool surrounded by a garden with a lawn, a large sundeck with sun beds, four double bedrooms, 2 bath rooms (one with a shower, one with bath (hydro massage)), a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a large garden and 3 terraces, all with stunning views over the hills. The house has WIFI Internet access, notebook available, satellite television in the living and master bedroom, DVD, iPod docking. Furthermore the house is fully air conditioned.
