This fantastic apartment will give you a holiday to remember! Very exclusive apartment with direct access via a lift down to the coastal walk where you can swim directly off the rocks or walk a couple of minutes down to the beautiful sandy beach at Canyelles Petites. You can carry on the walk to the next sandy cove at Almadrava beach or in the other direction (approximately 20-30 minutes) is the town of Roses with many more bars, restaurants and beaches.

All bedrooms step out onto this huge balcony/terrace directly overlooking the sea.

The lounge is modern and open planned with the modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

I'm sure you will be spending most of your stay soaking up the sun or finding some shade or enjoying fine dining on the fabulous terrace area with it's spectacular views but there is also plenty to see and do in and around this area.

My husband and I with our children have lived in Roses for 7 years and rented our villa for the past 4 years which has enabled us to meet many new friends and share our great knowledge and experience of the local area.
