This front line south facing apartment is set in wonderful spacious grounds with an 18 hole golf course and old Hacienda. This luxury 2 bedroom apartment has fantastic views from the vast patio with its own private garden with full sun all day. The fantastic pool only a few metres away. Alfresco dining with a glass table and 6 chairs together with relaxers and sunbeds. As owners we have included everything that we would want in a holiday apartment with free usage of all the little things that makes a holiday, BBQ, sun loungers, inflatables, bikes and even a set of golf clubs. On the resort are tennis courts,supermarket, bars and new restaurant only 5 minutes walk away. 5 minutes drive from Sucina with plenty of restaurants and bars and supermarkets. The resort also operates a free shuttle to the other resorts owned by Polaris, all just a few miles apart. The road system is excellent with great beaches only 15 minutes away or similar times to Historic Murcia or Cartagena
