50% will be paid within 10 days after signing of the rental agreement. And the second 50% 4 weeks before arrival.
Deposit € 200,- will be paid back 2 weeks after leaving the property ( when there are no damages)
€ 45,- will be paid for cleaning. (normally 3 hours. When more cleaning is necessary, you will pay € 15,- extra per hour)
