This airy townhouse has much to offer you. Although it is one bedroom house it is very spacious. The house is fully furnished (the house was refurnished in 2010). It has all the comforts you would expect to find and a little more! Praised by past visitors, our town-house provides the ideal ‘home from home’ accommodation whether you want to be out touring all day, just chill out by the pool or sit and have drinks on our large sunny terrace. The terrace has great views of the sea and the mountains. We are situated on the much sought after Arcos de la Perla, Spanish style, urbanization, in an elevated position, which is at the quieter and the high standard part of Benalmadena, although only minutes from all amenities. We are just minutes to the beach. This is an ideal base for your sun or golfing holiday. Beautiful landscaped gardens and a large pool make your holiday complete. Our townhouse
has many home comforts for your property consists of two floors .You get to the house thru a patio where you can take your morning coffee or let the little children play safely. On the first floor there is a lounge with sofabed, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette including washing machine, shower room with WC. . From the living room you walk out on to the large and sunny terrace with garden furniture and sun beds. It is a perfect place for sun bathing while enjoying the wonderful sea views. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom, with double bed, balcony overlooking the sea, a large bathroom with tab, shower, WC and bidet. The house was just repainted and refurnished..

Benalmadena Costa has 9 km of shoreline with beautiful beaches and tiny coves and a fully equipped marina for over 1,000 vessels. The marina offers sports such as diving and sailing. The marina boasts many international awards for design and functionality.
Benalmadena Costa also has its own casino, night club and golf course. There is a garden of over 200,000 square meters, overlooking the sea. The La Paloma Park has a large lake, stocked with various water birds.
Next to the park is the feria ground where the flea market is held.
Benalmadena Pueblo (village) is located on the mountain side, an old, typical Andalucian village with steep, narrow streets and white-painted houses that retain a wealth of culture. The village has more than its share of attractions including museums, a castle, sports centre and a wide and varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The local countryside around Benalmadena offers excellent hill-walking, mountain biking and horse riding. We recommend on car hiring for fully enjoyable vacation.
Close to Benalmadena there are several other important tourist resorts such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Mijas.
