The luxury 1 bedroom east facing apartment is situated in the beautiful ‘Castle’ area of Puebla Aida. The penthouse apartment is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It benefits from air conditioning/heating in both the bedroom and the living area. It features one bedroom, fully fitted kitchen area , lounge leading onto a large terrace with far reaching views over the sea, mountains and golf courses – Los Olivos and Los Lagos.

Within 10 minutes walk is a small supermarket – open only in the summer months – larger supermarkets to be found close by in Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. The property is under 15 minutes drive to Mijas Pueblo, a lovely whitewashed village, and only 30 minutes drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent safe sandy beaches are to be found 10 minutes away in La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. A twenty four hour taxi service is available on the complex. Excellent golf facilities close by.
