Ground floor : entrance via the conservatory, overlooking the pool, leading to a tastefully furnished lounge (with TV) with two 2-seater sofas and one 3-seater sofa.
Fully equipped separate kitchen (hob, microwave, dish washer, freezer/fridge, oven, ...). Utility room with washing machine, iron, etc.
A bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and washand basin. Back door onto garden & terraces.
Stairs leading to : master bedroom (twin beds) and second bedroom (2 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 4).

Studio with own separate entrance : bedroom with twinbeds, nice sitting corner with sofa, chairs and coffee table, en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, washand basin and toilet.

Outside : Own swimming pool with roman steps (8 m x 5 m), poolside shower and another shower with cold / hot water. Non slip tiling terraces with good sunbathing area, fully equipped with loungers and patio furniture. Large driveway leading to garage.

All bed linen and towels provided. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Weekly linen change (for 2 weeks)

Comfortably sleeps of 6 persons , with a maximum 8 persons (and a baby).

No payments are refundable (only the deposit for the key).

The villa must be prepared for your holiday : we ask that you not arrive before 15.00 hour afternoon and vacate the villa before 11.00 hour in the morning.

Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
No pets allowed.

Guests are asked to pay a refundable key deposit of 500 euro on arrival which is given back on departure.

PRICES FOR JULY / AUGUST :
up to 4 persons = 860,00 euro + cleaning 80,00 euro
up to 6 persons = 910,00 euro + cleaning 100,00 euro
up to 8 persons = 960,00 euro + cleaning 120,00 euro

The renters shall be liable for everything belonging to the holiday home and shall compensate all damage to the holiday home or furniture caused by him during their stay. Complaints of defects in the holiday home shall be reported immediately
to the owner / contactman who will try to remedy the defects as quickly as possible. However the renter cannot make up a claim in case of unpredicted disturbances, damage and power cuts. This also applies to the piping and sanitary appliances.
The holiday home may only be occupied by as many persons as contracted with the owner. No other persons can use the swimming pool or the sanitary appliances and no caravans or tents are allowed on the property. If the renters break these rules, the deposit will not be returned.
