Luxury villa in modern style located in the residential area Casa Nova in the heart of the Costa Brava. Casa Nova is one of the most beautiful and desirable residential areas of the coastal town Sant Feliu de Guíxols, at just a few minutes drive from the center and the beach. You have magnificent views at sea, the town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and the mountains.
A modern villa, finished with high quality materials and situated in a unique location. Next to the house are the walking and biking trails of the mountains of the l’Ardenya nature park.
The house has a living area of 270 m² on a plot of 1200 m². It consists of:

Besides the beach, the restaurants, the shops, the festivals and the harbour in Sant Feliu, there is plenty of offer in the neighbourhood to enjoy your holidays. Golf courses, horseriding, parc aquatic (waterpark), amusement park, visiting Girona, Barcelona, small picturesque villages, small medieval villages etc.
