This proprty is one of a kind , the total living space is set on one level, every room enjoys spectaular views of the sea,pool and mountains. The interior and exterior have been renovated and decorated to the highest possible standard The kitchen is a gourmets paradise,with a central island wich allows for all Chefs to cook together. In summer the beautifull wrought iron pergola with a retractable sun shade and the hand made tiled table offer for up to 10 people an outdoor dinning area not to be surpassed. The saltwater 9m x5m pool, 140cm - 170cm deep (with daily cleaning service)will keep you cool and refreshed on the warmest of our summer days. An outdoor shower with rainshower fitting is available for those who prefer to shower under the stars. Each of the 3 bedrooms all of more than 20sqm have there own bathroom. The master bedroom has a double rainshower a 150cm stone bath tub with designer fittings and underfloor heating,this house is especialy recomended for couples wishing to enjoy a luxury holiday amoung friends. The house is set on the edge of the Cap de creus national park wich is perfect for walkers or photografers.( A 2 hour guided tour of the famous megalithic walk is included in the rental price) A 2,5-3m high wire fence surrounds the entire property it also has an alarm system and extior suveilance cameras wich are conected to a security firm,wich makes it a very safe place to stay the plot of 1'500 sqm has beautiful landscaped gardens and includes a small pond with water feature.There is enough off street secure parking space for a least 3 cars.
