Only half hours drive from Alicante airport, the apartment is set in the private grounds of the Los Olivos complex in La Cala de are situated on the 9th floor and have the advantage of 3 lifts so you will never be stuck or have to wait for a lift. The complex is gated and has a fantastic sized swimming pool, one of the largest in the area. The pool area is 1st class and is surrounded by lawnes not concrete like others. Well developed olive trees offer shade and the palms and fantastic array of flowers make this a tranquil setting to relax. There are showers around the pool area along with changing room and WC next to the tennis next to pool is putting area along with small childrens play area. The pool and grounds benefit from all day sun. The pool is open and cleaned 12 months of year many dont do this. The Pool opens at 10.00 in the morning and closes at 10.00 at night it is floodlit at nights and there is seperate childrens pool area. There is also a courtyard area at the rear of the complex from where you can watch the sun set over the Sierra Cortina Mountains. This area has ornate plants / statues and benches and is ideal if you want to relax in peace at the end of the day.
The Beach, Bars and Restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. The complex is situated next to a Bus Stop and a Taxi rank with links to Finestrat and Benidorm is situtaed at the bottom of the road. The Apartment itself has been decorated to a very nice standard and is refurbished every year,decorated along with new bedding towels etc. You have cable TV and Music system, Not to mention DVD / airconditioning and wifi access etc.There is a Lovely large ,light and bright Lounge area with large comfortable soffas which convert to fully sprung beds. Being an end apartment we benifit from front and side patio doors so lots of light and great views. Our front terrace is now a lovely dining room fully glazed with panoramic views over benidorm and the mountains behind. The dining room has dining table 4 chairs, sideboard and nice leather recliner. We have added all the extras lamps, music system , candles so you can dine in and make it really whole front terrace opens up so you can also benifit from the sun which you get in the Mornings through too lunch time. The side Terrace is overlooking the mountains and has an area to dry clothes or you can use the roof area. Both bedrooms have been refurbed for 2012 so you can guarantee a lovely comfortable stay. The bathroom has full bath and shower over . Kitchen area has everything fridge freezer -4 ring hob - microwave with grill- toaster -kettle, coffee maker and washing machine as well as seperate bottle chiller. There is plenty of crokery and glassware and cooking utensils.Should you fancy a nice Romantic meal in then in the dining room you will find a second set of lovely crockery and table setting to make the night extra special.
Outside the front door of the apartment is an open passage way which gets full afternoon sun so if you want to sit out like ourselves you can place your chairs here and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Its a lovely little sun trap without going out . Alongside the complex you will find a Bank, Numerous small bars ,Icecream shop, Pizza restaurant and Chemist. These are outside the front gate of the complex. There are lots more to choose from in the Bay of Finestrat just a few minutes walk from the will find in excess of 50 bars and restaurants serving the basic to 1st class at all budgets not to mention Benidorm which is a few minutes away by the more energentic you can walk if you feel like it.Clients use the bay area on a day to day basis as there is more than enough for every taste
If you want the bright lights of Benidorm then its a bus ride away all for just 1.20 3 minutes walk form the apartment you have a lovely bay with everything you need some dont leave this area all holiday.
A set 3 course meal in the bay with wine will cost you around 8 Euros at one of the lovely traditional spanish restaurants, look out for the menue del dia"meal of the day"
A snack will cost you as little as a £1 and a glass of wine £0.70p or visit the supamarket where a lovely bottle of local wine can be bought for as little as 1 lovely we try a few until we find one we like at this price you can afford to
The combination of all the above makes for a fantastic holiday people rebook year after to year and most say our bay alone offers more than they need.

This is treated as our second home and therfore you wont feel like you are in a Holiday Apartment as we have all the extras to make it a lovely stay.

We have not had a complaint to date so we like to think we look after our clients


For Cheap flights to Alicante Airport: BMIBABY and easyjet and Ryanair / jet2 / Thomson fly


There are many others with return Flights from the UK starting from as little as £30 rtn

Transfers depending on time of year can be booked with resorthoppa direct from outside airport to outside of complex price £13 per adult return first drop off last collection so no waitting about.

Best Holiday Ever

Friends had stayed and told us about the apartment. Contacted Julian and troy the owners and they were lovely helped us with transfers and infomation for the stay. The apartment was beutiful and had everything you needed and more some nights we stayed in and eat on the glazed terrace as it was just so nice. Pool was spotless and we saw a guy every morning cleaning and tending the grounds - They did say we couldnt eat at the pool but that was ok as it was so clean you didnt mind. Plenty of room - great location and more than just a holiday apartment it was excellent no faults "didnt want to leave " Already booked a week next year and told friends excellent all round
