Hacienda Riquelme is a self contained gated resort that will appeal to all members of the family. Play the extremely challenging Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course or relax around one of the many pools. Children have the freedom to run around and safely play football, make dens or search for frogs directly in front of our superbly positioned ground floor apartment!

Blue flag beaches perfect for families are approx 15 mins drive away - choose from the calm, therapeutic waters of the Mar Menor or head for the mediterranean coast.

Our apartment is a convenient 5 minute walk away to the historic 'Hacienda' (on-site) where there is a popular bar and restaurant and a well stocked supermarket. A children's playground is also a few minutes walk away.

5 mins away by car the local village of Sucina has a variety of bars and restaurants serving tapas and traditional Spanish dishes.

Historical Cartagena and the city of Murcia are nearby and offer excellent shopping, eating and sightseeing opportunities.

Children are well catered for if you can persuade them to leave the pool! A large waterpark, small zoo, horse-riding, cycling, quad bikes, bowling to name a few of the local activities.

Our apartment is very well furnished and being a corner plot offers a feeling of spaciousness. The terrace is well equipped with dining table and chairs and very comfortable rattan furniture.

Notes
Both the lounge and two bedrooms have remote controlled air conditioning (not just ceiling fans) which we have found a necessity in the hot summer months. Also full central heating for the occasional chilly winter evening.

Bedding and towels are provided with exception of beach/pool towels.

Fully fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms with additional patio doors from main bedroom opening onto terrace with golf views.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room.

Dual aspect bright living room. Sofa bed. Selection of DVDs, welcome pack, books and maps.

Note: For larger groups or two families wishing to be together, please enquire about an adjoining corner apartment that could also be available for rent.

Notes
Your holiday property is secured with a Euro 150 non refundable deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday commences plus Euro 200 breakage deposit which is normally refunded within 7 days following a successful departure report.

Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the apartment by our agent.

An additional end of rental cleaning fee of Euro 60 is payable to our agent at the end of your stay.

Departure time is by mid-day.
