Situated over looking the world renowned Roses Bay this Villa is a short walk away from Roses Town its superb beaches and marina. Close to public transport in the town connecting you with Girona and Barcelona airport and TGV train Station in Figueres.
The accommodation is spacious with plenty of sun light throughout the day giving a happy atmosphere
This property has two double bedrooms and one single there is one fully fited bathroom. It has A nice sized kitchen with large lounge and dining area which are both comfortable and equipped with TV and stereo.
Outside there is a big terrace with barbeque table chairs and easy chairs etc.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

The keys will be handed-over in exchange of a 200€ security deposit refundable on your departure if everything is OK (no damage, no extra cleaning).
Only the number of people named on the booking form can stay at this apartment.

Our stay at Casa Maruja

Gary's help before the holiday were excellent and the directions he sent to us the best we have had to date on this type of holiday. He met us down on the Roses' seafront and guided us to Casa Maruja which is a short but very steep uphill distance from town, easily walkable for an evening meal in Roses' many excellent eateries. The Casa is fully equiped so if you wish you can do your own thing foodwise and the big BBQ is a joy to use ! The views from the terrace at any time of day or night are stupendous one being able to see a full 180 degrees of the bay and the mountains in the distance (snowcapped when we were there)- we had a wonderful 2 weeks stay.
