Villa la Diferencia is situated in Calpe just 10 minutes walk from the city and the beach. The villa is fully modern furnished and has 2 bedrooms with one kingsize movable bed (auping) and the other with a kingsize springbox which can be split in 2 separate beds. There are 2 bathrooms. One with bath, shower and toilet and one with toilet and shower. Bathrobes for every person. The villa is equiped with satellite flat-TV (HDTV) in the living room and the 2 sleeping rooms as well as blue ray DVD, radio, etc. Large kitchen fully equiped with electrical cooking plates (4), dishwasher, microwave, oven, espressomachine, washingmachine and washdryer. The villa has a large terrace at the south with a large swimmingpool and sea-view. There is also a sauna and whirlpool available if wished. New towels twice a week and bedlinnen every week. Also towels for use outside/swimmingpool. The villa has smoke-/fire-protection and a 24 hours guarded video alarmsystem. If you have been here you do not want anything else anymore.

For the use of sauna and/or outside jacuzzi an extra charge of electricity will be calculated. Payments have to be done for 50% at booking and the other 50% 4 weeks before arrival. No refund in case of cancellation or no show. IVA 8% not included. From October untill May energy costs will be calculated additional.

More about Villa la diferencia

My partner and I have already 6 years a guesthouse, called "Casa la Diferencia", see more info at . This guesthouse is gay men only and 80% of our customers come back every year and are very satisfied. In november 2011 we start now with this new object "Villa la Diferencia", which is situated only 5 minutes from our guesthouse *Casa la Diferencia" and the villa has no restrictions (only no children and pets). So if there should be a problem we are there in a few minutes.
