Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 300 Meter, Den Leuchtturm, sowie die berühmten Dünen von Maspalomas erreichen Sie in ca. 20 Gehminuten. Die längste Strandpromenade im Stil einer Flaniermeile, sowie das Shoppingcenter von Meloneras begegnen Ihnen auf dem Weg dorthin, und laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ferienkomplex selbst, wo auch Residenten und Langzeiturlauber wohnen, geht es ruhig und entspannt zu.
