Penthouse Mari is a luxury 3 bedroom spacious holiday home with large communal pool set in beautiful gardens offering direct access to the beach.

The penthouse consists of a large, bright and airy lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, master bedroom with en suite, 2nd double bedroom, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, family bathroom,WC and a large dining terrace with sun loungers. There is also the option of a put-you-up bed or cot.

The views from the lounge and terrace are stunning and give this holiday home the WOW! factor.

Furnished to a high standard and offering attention to detail that makes this so much more than most other rental properties available.

It is situated on the outskirts of the Andalucian town of Almunecar and is uniquely placed next to Calabajio Beach and the wonderful Calabajio Restaurant (http:///)

Whilst the penthouse is set in a relatively peaceful location, it is only 10 minutes drive to local facilities, numerous other beaches and attractions, and less than 5 minutes drive to the N-340 motorway giving easy access to places of interest further afield.

It's wonderful coastal position on the Costa Tropical makes it ideally placed for either a relaxing holiday of sunbathing, sauntering along the beachfront, tapas and vino or a more adventurous holiday of para-gliding, horse trekking and water sports. There is something for all ages and interests on the Costa Tropical with it's year round mild and sunny climate.

Notes
Penthouse Mari is situated overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea on the coast called the Costa Tropical (nearest airports being Malaga and Granada). The area is perfect for people of all ages and is still very Spanish in it's culture but with a good mix of nationalities.
The atmosphere in the evenings is lovely as this is the time Spanish families get together. It is common to see young children playing happily and safely together even at 11pm or later. The Spanish in the area celebrate many fiestas throughout the year and all are made welcome especially children.

There are a good variety of beaches to choose from along the coast (and that of neighbouring Costa del Sol) all with their own unique features. The beach at Calabajio could almost be described as Galera Playa urbanisation's private beach with the direct access from the gardens.

Almunecar has everything you need from banks to a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants, small shops and fresh produce market for all of your daily needs.

Eating out is always a joy in Almunecar with it's many varied restaurants and offer an extensive choice of different cuisines. Buy a drink and the tapas are free in the Granada province!

Almunecar also offers amongst others: a waterpark, a large outdoor market (Fridays), a birdpark, an aquarium together with many small shops open until late in the evening to stroll around soaking up the wonderful Andalucian atmosphere.

Marina del Este is less than 10 minutes drive away and is a great place to walk around and admire the variety of boats and yachts and has several nice restaurants on the water's edge.

The villages and towns of La Herradura, Nerja, Frigiliana, Torrox and Torre del Mar are within a short drive along the coast. The historical city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace together with the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada are under an hours drive away as is Malaga with it's fantastic architecture and Picasso museum and much more...

Notes
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
We will hold your reservation for a period of 5 working days; if we have not received your deposit within that time we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
If the final balance is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival then the booking will be cancelled and the 30% deposit/reservation fee is non-refundable.

We also require a refundable damage/security deposit of 300 euros, payable in cash on arrival - this is fully refundable at the end of your holiday providing that there is no damage or unreasonable cleaning required.
Please note that lost keys will be charged at 10 euros per key.

The penthouse is available for rental out of High Season for less than a weeks stay, however we require an extra payment for laundry of 10 euros per person.
We also require a 60 euros Final Cleaning charge for bookings of less than 7 nights.
Please note the Final Cleaning charge also applies with any Special Offer price.

A babies cot or travel cot and put-you-up bed can be provided at a cost of 50 euros per week.
A high chair can also be provided free of charge. PLEASE REQUEST THESE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Beach towel hire and mid-stay clean with linen change can also be provided at an extra cost. PLEASE REQUEST THESE IN ADVANCE.

A pay-as-you go internet dongle is also available at a cost of 50 euros per booking (maximum of 1 months usage). Loss of the dongle will result in a charge of 100 euros. PLEASE REQUEST THE INTERNET DONGLE AT TIME OF BOOKING.

Penthouse Mari is made up with linen for all the permanent beds and a bath towel and hand towel is provided for each person in the booking with an additional hand towel in each of the bathrooms. If extra bed linen or towels are required during the stay this will incur an additional laundry charge of 10 euros per person.

Welcome packs can be provided by prior request at an extra cost.

Arrival time at the penthouse is after 16:00 hours however if you arrive earlier we can store your luggage.
We request that you vacate the penthouse by 10:00 on your day of departure.

A 7 seater minibus for airport pick up can be arranged at an extra charge - useful and cost effective if you only want to hire just one or a small car during your holiday. This can also be hired with a driver for day trips or taxi runs.
