This villa has enclosed gardens with parking for two cars via electric gates. The covered terrace overlooks the pretty kidney shape pool.
There is a large sunny terrace with a pagoda for shade.
Inside the villa the upper level has lovely comfortable living room with sat tv, open plan to the dining room which has benefit of air con and a modern American style kitchen.
A shower room and twin bedroom complete the picture of the upper floor.
The interior staircase leads to a double bedroom, a bathroom and the master suite with ensuite bathroom and door to the pool terrace. Both of these bedrooms have air con.
There is also a pool room with door to the garden which has a bar and a drinks chiller . The washing machine is also located here.
The owners have furnished and equipped the villa to a high standard and it is in an enviable position with supermarket and restaurant just one kilometer away. A five minute drive will take you to the beaches and bars of Moraira and 15 minutes to the beaches of Javea.

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar.
