Modern spacious villa for 6 conveniently situated between Javea & Moraira in a quiet location on a hillside.
La Joya has long country views and is all on one level making it a great choice for all members of the family.
Outside the pool has corner steps and is set in a sunny terrace. There is also a small covered terrace down some steps beside the pool for those wanting a little time away from the pool
The modern kitchen has washing machine,dishwasher & living room has tv for dvd's and there is a dining room through the tosca stone master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and free standing shower and also has doors to the pool two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom.
A stoll along the lane to the village and restaurants is only one kilometre but you will need a car if you are beach lovers,there are several to choose from within a ten minute drive.

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar.
