This modern villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with baths/showers and can comfortably sleep 6 adults. By arrangement the property will sleep 6 plus 2 by using a sofa bed or child cots. The property is 50 metres from Penoncillo Beach and 20 metres from the large community swimming pool that provides sunloungers, umbrellas and childrens splash pool. Nerja and Torrox Costa are approximately 5 minutes drive with local buses running frequently.A 5 minute walk brings you to the beach chiringitos (bar)for authentic Spanish tapas. The terrace offers uninterupted views of the beach and sea together with a shaded area for al fresco dining or relief from the mid day sun. All linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Two week bookings will receive mid term clean and linen change.
