This lovely villa is very well located for easy access to Javea´s Arenal area where the sandy beach is backed by a broad walkway which is itself backed by a fine range of restaurants, bars and shops.(just 5min utes drive)
The village of Benitachell is also only 5 minutes away while the very attractive beach resort of Moraira is only another 10 minutes drive.
Plenty of parking space within fully enclosed grounds and garden.
The large swimming pool,(not overlooked), (8 x 4m + easy access Roman steps), is beautifully positioned in a spacious terrace on the same level as the villa which is in the sunshine most of the day.
there is a brick built bbq adjacent, (there's also a portable bbq).
Plenty of garden furniture, (including loungers), is supplemented by more chairs in the covered terrace that looks onto a small fishpond at the front of the villa as well as a sofa, table and chairs in the Sunroom.
From here there are double doors into the lounge where you can take a break from the sun and relax in the 4 easy chairs and perhaps watch BBC, ITV etc., on the flat screen tv.
the modern,well eqipped kitchen has a granite worktop and is full of light from it's 3 windows.
The double bedded room has bathroom en-suite that includes a large shower cabinet.
the twin bedded room is served by the family bathroom , with bath and shower above.
a great variety of shrubs, trees, palms,fruit trees, cacti etcetera give the house and pool a lovely relaxed holiday feel.
