Big Villa in Alberic ( Valencia ) from Belgian owners

This beautiful villa is situated on one of the Valencia's most prestigius urbanisation San Cristobal in Alberic.
Easy acces to the lovely town of Alberic in just 5 minutes,there you have a lot of choice of cafe's, bars, restaurants, shops al kind.
There is also a metrolink provided easy acces to Valencia city,Alzira and to the coast.
For those who like fisching there is a big lake in Tous a few kilometres away.
There is even a restaurant just arround the corner of the house, so you dont have to go verry far .
The villa is verry spacious with central heating for the winter and airco for summer there is also a logburner in the livingroom.
All the furniture are from good quality.
There is a big fully fitted kitchen compleet with 2 fridges,koffemachine,kettle,toaster etc....
Downstairs ther are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroomwith bath. a livingroom with a logburner a big dinningtable and 2 sofabeds to..a TV and DVD player

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a outside sunterras.
Outside there is a nice covered terras and a big pool from 5mx9 m ,there are sunbeds and garden furniture
arround the pool everything is terrased +/- 200 m ,totaly private and a big garden with lots of fruittrees and chaded places a BBQ a private car parking and a gated entrance.
Totaly fenced plot.
come to enjoy the summerheat and cool down in the pool.
pets are not welkom.
No smoking inside.

Energie cost is optional and taken from the deposit before returning.
