Beautiful and cosy DUPLEX apartment located at the ski-slopes and fully equipped. There is a living room with views on the Dierra Nevada ski-resort, a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor. The stairs lead you upstairs where there are 2 spacious bedrooms with large beds. The stairs are steep, so if your children are very young, do be careful and aware of this.

The duplex is equipped so you comfortably enjoy an unforgettable experience in the Sierra Nevada.
The double bed is 150m x 200m and the 2 single beds are of 105m x 200m and it possible to put them together to obtain a big king size bed in the second bedroom too. These single beds are also ideal for 2 children to sleep in together.
In the living room there is a sofabed of 150m x 190m.

It is located in a very quiet neigbourhood of the Sierra, and you will be amazed by the spectacular views. Right behind the building "San Bernardo", you will find the chairlift and ticket office "Virgen de las Nieves" that will lead you directly to the slopes and when you return you can take off your skis at the door of the building.

The chairlift "Parador" and the busstop are also nearby, whcich means you don't need a car during your stay.

Cleaning is included in rental price.
When booking is made more than 4 weeks in advance of arrival date, payment will be made as written above.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival date, we will request full payment in advance by bank transfer.
The security deposit is refunded to you by bank transfer one week after your holidays, if all was in perfect order.

There are also prices for renting longer term:

one month in low season: 1800€
one month in high season: 2000€

If you like to rent our apartment the whole ski-season, this is also possible at a rate of 6500€ (from 26 November until 2 May)

Skiing

Warm apartment with kitchen, perfect for us as we had young children with us. The stairs were very steep & I think quite dangerous for children, should have been mentioned in the advert, but we had a lovely stay.
