Penthouse Location
The Alcudia Penthouse apartment is perfectly situated half way between the Marina, & the lively Bellvue area of the resort, an absolutely ideal location, enjoying the luxury of panoramic views of Alcudia, the mountains and beyond.

Situated under 150 metres from the beach, in a pleasant beautiful tree lined residential area. The beach stretches for 7 miles, around the entire bay of Alcudia, & is a safe, beautiful, white sandy Gold Medal winning beach, with clear warm sea – paradise!

The Penthouse is just a 10 - 15 mins stroll from the cosmopolitan Marina and Port of Alcudia in one direction, & equally aprox 5 mins in the other direction from the vast array of restaurants, bars, giftshops, etc of the Bellvue mile with over 200 places to eat, drink, shop, and be entertained.

A top quality Air Conditioning system is installed in the Penthouse, along with everything needed to make it a quality ‘home from home’ during your stay.

The Penthouse is an exceptionally large spacious double sized apartment, ideal for couples, or families. Lift, Full Air Conditioning & heating throughout. Large attractive comfortable lounge with 3 seater sofa & 2 seater sofa-bed. Plasma TV, Home Cinema system & Digital Satellite, Video, XBox Gaming System & DVD player, + Stereo CD Hi-Fi Music system piped throughout the penthouse.

French doors lead out to large rooftop sun terrace & balcony with fantastic views of the Bay of Alcudia.

During April 2009 we totally renovated the 2 bathroom areas with a £35,000 luxury refit. As a result the 2 bathrooms are now as follows - Main Bathroom - imported tiles throughout plus Large luxury sunken corner bath & large wet room shower area, plus toilet and 2 large designer sinks & large mirror plus special lighting features & music system. Second Bathroom - imported tiles throughout plus toilet, art deco sink + Mirrored cabinet & large Glass Shower cubicle (80x120) plus spotlights & music system.

2 Large Double Bedrooms with ample wardrobes, full size mirrors etc. Master bedroom – King-size bed. Bedroom 2 – twin beds.

Fully equipped kitchen & utility room with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer etc.

We also provide a selection of Books, Films, Games, & Music CDs. We have also negotiated special discounts locally for Golf Green Fees, Car Hire, Restaurants, etc.

Our Clients have free access to three outdoor pools & a childrens splash pool all within 100 metres of the apartment. We also have a fun cupboard with beach accessories such as buckets, spades, lilos, beach mats, rods, etc etc etc. Client families are welcome to use all these items and to add to the collection, we simply ask that you replace anything that gets broken, punctured etc. We provide linen and bath towels etc, however, please bring your own beach towels.

Mallorca enjoys superb summer weather from April through to November, and a warm mild climate from Nov - March which is ideal for Golfing holidays or to just get away from it all.

Activities

The list of activities is almost endless, but includes Horse Riding, Water-skiing, Paracending, Banana Rides and Ringos, Windsurfing, Sailing, Jet Skis, Tennis, Go-Karting, Volleyball, Fishing, Basketball, Pool, Arcades, Trampolines, Pony Rides, Golf, Archery, Mini Golf, Glass Bottom Boat Trips, Tours and Excursions, plus there is a big Waterpark with all the slides

Virtually all the Hotels provide entertainment with live music, dancers or a show of some sort, and welcome non residents.

The nearest resorts are Porto de Pollensa, or Alcanada which are both just a 10 min cab ride away. Pollensa is beautiful and well worth going to for a meal or just to stroll around, & Alcanada is simply a beautiful spot with a fabulous restaurant called La Terraza which is simply superb, plus the excellent new golf course.

We are now taking Bookings for Spring, Summer & Winter 2010 & 2011. To book we require a 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure.

For 2011 Bookings we only require £35 deposit with the remainder of deposit due in February 2011 to secure your booking.

The property is privately owned & a security deposit of £250 is required & should accompany the final booking payment. The security deposit is in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding, keys etc. The security deposit will be returned as soon as the keys are returned to us.

All prices are for the entire rental of the Penthouse per week (There are no hidden charges). For more than 4 occupants there is a small surcharge of £35 per additional occupant per week. (On bookings between Nov and March there is a small £35 additional charge for Laundry and Cleaning)

We ask all our guests to vacate the Penthouse by 12 Noon on the Saturday of departure however luggage can be left inside the Penthouse in the hallway till departure to the Airport. We work on a friendly flexible approach to change overs & ask all arriving & departing guests to do the same.

Our Maid Carol services the Penthouse from 2pm to 5pm, plus she can service the Penthouse daily during your stay for a nominal surcharge should you wish.

Winter let bookings are at the reduced weekly rental rate shown between November & March and the peak season for any Golfers with the new Alcanada Course fully operational having opened on 1st October 2003.
