The accommodation is fully rented for a minimum 2 nights, the house can receive between 4 and 10 guests, the whole house is exclusively for you, do not share accommodation with owners or more hosts to the dense vegetation of the garden.

Or on the contrary they are looking for entertainment, amusement or simply sunbathe on the Mediterranean in one of the best beaches in Spain, in just 15 minutes can access all services offered by the beach of Gandia shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas, discos ... and may then rest without noise or bustle in the mountains.
The whole house trim offers a superb quality and comfort, but more important perhaps is his garden and views of great beauty.
The whole house is on one floor, has 4 bedrooms;

4 separate bathrooms for each room, one equipped with whirlpool bath.
* As an option to accommodate 2 more seats we have available a lovely room outside the house with two single beds, bathroom, or if you wish we can incorporate into two single beds for children.
The rent is including bed linen, water consumption and electricity and the house is equipped with central heating for winter hot water service and air conditioning in summer.
To enjoy your lunch or dinner with family and friends we have in the interior of the home a beautiful living-room with fireplace, bar, stereo, TV and DVD. And if what you want is to eat outdoors in the mountains outside we offer a lovely covered barbecue.
And for those who prefer to cook at home, we have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
As for the exterior has two magnificent sun terraces, children's playground, closed parking, and all surrounded by an impressive garden of natural grass and large trees to walk or play with your pets.
Also included for the months of July and August the service of a private pool.
