3 Bedroom Family Villa set in the heart of El Marquesado, a small village just 6 kilometres from Chiclana de la Frontera.

The village itself offers a variety of small friendly bar's and well stocked village shops for your fresh bread/milk etc. El Marquesado is ideally situated as only 20 minutes by car to the award winning "La Barrosa" beach but close enough to Chiclana for all the facilities and night life it has to offer.

El Marquesado is a semi-urbanised village, quite typical of this region of Spain. Set in the country-side so has plenty of places to walk and cycle. If its Golf your after, San Andres Golf is only 5km away and other main golf courses are within easy reach. If you hope to take in as many of the major sights as you can then major cities are close by. Cadiz is only 25 minutes by car, and beautiful Jerez is just 37 minutes by car! How's that for convenience.

We have enclosed a description of our property to help you make your decision. We would strongly recommend a car for getting around this region of Spain, and also making the most of your stay, although there is a regular bus service from Chiclana.

Notes
The property is centred on a 740 square metre size plot, with parking available for 2/3 cars. The villa sleeps six comfortably .

Bedroom One has an en suite bathroom to include a shower, toilet, sink and storage for all your holiday essentials. A flat screen tv with freesat box(English) and includes a very comfortable King-size bed.

The large family bathroom also includes a walk in shower and storage.

Bedroom Two has plenty of storage and a double bed.

Bedroom Three has two single beds, and a chest of drawers and mirror.

We have an excellent modern free-standing kitchen, of which includes a five ring gas hob and double oven and microwave facility. Many units for storage and many other modern appliances such as dishwasher,washing machine and fridge-freezer.

The house itself is open-plan, it is a non smoking home although we have many terraced areas around the garden that of course smoking is fine. It has a cosy lounge and dining room, with three sofas, and table and chairs that sits six people comfortably.

Patio doors open out to a small family splash pool (5mx4m), excellent to keep you cool through the summer heat. Please note: Children need to be supervised around the pool area as it is not gated. We have patio doors that open out to the rear of the villa, onto a second covered lounge area, this is everyones favourite as it has a BBQ and Bar area.

A fridge is available for chilling your drinks. Comfortable outdoor seating is available for you to enjoy your summer evenings. We have outdoor dining furniture for six people on the back terrace, for your comfort.Enjoy!
