The property is situated within the Garraf Nature Reserve with the famous vineyards of the Penedes Region and near to lively Sitges. The villa is at the corner of a quiet dead-end street and composed of 2 levels. Via the large entry gate you can drive down the ‘rampa” and park your car at the entrance of the lower floor. On this floor you will find the large living-dining room and open plan kitchen. Two pair of sliding doors give entrance to the large shady patio overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a seperate double bedroom on this floor with en-suite bathroom.

The upper floor has its entrance on street level with a large sunny terrace in front of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). At the back 2 rooms give access by sliding doors to a partly covered large terrace.
The two floors are connected by easy-going stairs. All windows and/or sliding doors are fitted with luxury anti-musquito screens. 2 Bedrooms at the upper floor have air-conditioning. All bedrooms have (in-built) wardrobes.

A commercial center is at 3 minutes drive: small supermarket, banking cash dispenser, pharmacy, medical center, catering, bars and restaurants.

Sitges, lively all year round with its lovely boulevard and sandy beaches is at 15 minutes drive

3 of which 2 en-suite all with shower, wc and hair-dryer
PRIVATE POOL:
8 X 5 meters, professionally cleaned and maintained on contractual basis to guarantee your comfort.

We are a Dutch couple who had the villa constructed in 2003 using it for ourselves as a second home since then. Because of changed circumstances we just recently decided to let out the villa.
