Contemporary holiday home on the ground floor of a detached villa for max. 4 pers. All rooms on one level. Completely renovated in 2009. Nicely decorated and with good furniture and completely equipped. Great views over Moraira, several lovely terraces, lounge corner, large outdoor barbecue. With private pool and mature palm trees. With central heating (not included in price) for winter time. Situated in quiet area, only 2,5 km from the beach of El Portet. You can always appeal the owners for tips, fun dining addresses and daytrips. All you need for a quiet abd relaxing holiday!

Given that the property is situated on a hill, a car is desirable. Real sporty types or hardened hikers can also walk back and forth to the village or the beach.

THE HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH OWN POOL, TERRACES & GARDEN IS PRIVATE FOR TENANTS. ONLY THE LOWER PART IS FOR RENT. THE OWNERS LIVE ON THE PREMISES AND HAVE THEIR OWN ENTRANCE & PRIVATE GARDEN.
