This very prestigious and comfortable vacation villa is located in El Portet, the best area in Moraira. Only 500m from the beach, bars and restaurants. The centre of Moraira is also on walking distance. The property is situated in a quiet residential road, fully enclosed and enjoys lots of privacy. There is enough space to safely park multiple cars on your own premises. Children can play freely.

Villa
The villa is situated on an even or flat piece of (totally enclosed)land of nearly 1100 m2, so you are completely private and it's nicely calm. There is a large lawn and a beautiful sun terrace. Just in front of the terrace lies the romantic free shaped swimming pool of more than 50m2. The well isolated villa is fully equipped with heating and airco and is therefore suited as a comfortable vacation house for all seasons. Next to this the villa has an alarm system and all windows have wire-netting and roller shutters. Everything is brand new (building year 2006) and offers everything you can imagine for an unforgettable vacation.

You enter the large hall which has an open staircase to the top floor. From the hallway you can go further to the living room, kitchen and master bedroom with private bathroom. The master bedroom has a very comfortable kingsize bed with two box springs of 80 x 200 and the en-suite bathroom contains a bath, douche and toilet. Also in the hallway a toilet room is present.

The living room has a large living (50m2) with a comfortable sitting area with fireplace, separate dining area and two large sliding doors. One leading to an open terrace, the other to a porch which means that you can enjoy the outside under all circumstances. The porch is also accessible via the kitchen. Natural the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary (built in)appliances

On the top floor you will find three large bedrooms (all with lots of built-in closet space). The top floor also counts two bathrooms of which one with a bath, the other with a shower. Also here each room has a king size bed with two very comfortable boxsprings of 80x200. One of the bedrooms has a large balcony overseeing the garden and the pool. All bedrooms have airco, wire-netting and roller shutters.

Satellite TV
You can make use of the satellite TV which provides all regular dutch, german and other international radio and tv channels. Also a DVD/CD player is available. And don't forget your IPOD! You can connect it directly to the portable BOSE-system to listen to your favorite music everywhere.

The World Health Organization describes the climate in Moraira as one of the most healthiest in the world. Moraira has an average of 320 sunny days
a year. The villa has all comfort to ensure a well spent holiday. You can expect sunny soft winters and warm and pleasant summers. The mountains to the North, West and South shield Moraira from the colder, wetter weather and have resulted in Moraira enjoying its own micro-climate, with temperatures typically being a couple of degrees warmer than the seasonal average.
The Costa Blanca has a reputation for the most healthy climate in Europe. If you love luxury, space and tranquility you will certainly regret the fact that your vacation in this villa can not last forever.
