This villa has undergone or is undergoing, depending on when you read this, a renovation which ends the 15th of march 2012. We are renovating the complete villa with 10 bedrooms, 5 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and all new furniture. The villa has AC in the livingroom and several bedrooms as well. The garden is very private and has many cosy corners. You will be able to eat outside with the whole group on a long dining tabel as well as inside. We have 2 outdoor BBQ´s available. During the renovation periosd we only ask 10% as a reservation deposit which you get back once the renoavtion is finished and you dont like the result.
This villa has big garden of 2000 m2 and a private pool. You can walk to the beach or center from here in 15 min.

Notes
Normally we ask for 50% when you make the reservation and the rest 62 days before arrival. Until 15th of March you only need to pay 10% as we are renovating, if you don´t like the final result you will get your deposit back. In case you like it we ask for the other 40%.
