This superb 3 bedroom house is located in Llafranc, just 500 meters from the beach, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars about 300 metres away. This Llafranc Villa is amongst the most popular choices for returning clients.

The house is in a newly built complex with sea views. It comprises of a lounge/diner with TV and hi-fi, a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with a "nido" bed (a single bed, with a pull out bed underneath) and 1 shower room.

There is also an underground communal garage with an allocated parking place and a room with communal washing machines and dryers.

Outside there is a communal garden and swimming pool that isshared between 8 houses. There is a small private garden.
