The apartment is on the top floor of a very well kept building, which has a lift to all floors. With reverse cycle air conditioning there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with laundry and a good sized and wonderfully bright lounge/dining room that opens to the balcony and fantastic views over the harbour and Bay of Alcudia.

The spacious living area includes Saltelite TV/DVD/PS2. Inside and outside dining areas with spectacular views.

Air Conditioning, heating make the apartment available throughout the year. For the golfers, Alcanada golf course, one of Europes newest and most highly regarded 18 hole golf coarse is approx 2km.
