Marvelous recently built villa for 8 people, with private swimming pool, in Calpe. La villa is situated in an area less built up and surrounded by a wood, Partida Vinyent. Ideal for people who want to spend a quiet holiday surrounded by nature, at less than 5 minutes by car from Calpe and its beaches.
The rustic style villa is built on 2 floors. The living space area is about 200 meters. The large plot of 2000m2 is completely enclosed and you can sunbath on the grass part of the garden planted with palm trees and have a swim in the large pool totally enclosed for the safety of young children.
Ground floor: Composed by a large living-dining room with comfortable furniture, TV by satellite/tdt and an Access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool area. Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator freezer, dish washer, micro wave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and ustensils for the kitchen with an access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. 1 utility room with the washing machine. 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and air conditioner, 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 air conditioner and bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin, en suite.
1st floor: (Access by internal floor). Large bedroom with 2 double beds and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom in colonial style with double bed and air conditioner.
Outdoor: large swimming pool of 10x5 with roman stairs, enclosed for the safety of Young children, external shower. Covered porch with masonry barbeque. Parking space area for 4-5 cars on the plot.
Short distance to the sand beach and Promenade (arenal-bol-3.8 km), Calpe centre (3.3 km), supermarket (Mercadona 3.3 km)
Extras:
Pets under 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost of 30€/stay. It is possible to accommodate 1 more person. Extra cost of 90€/stay.
