Part of a small development of 18 privately owned apartments, visitors have use of the communal garden, swimming pool and designated garage parking.

This part of Spain is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Llafranc, and the neighbouring village of Calella, former fishing villages, have grown into small resorts where development has been strictly controlled. As a result the original charm of the seafronts and villages have not been affected. Attractive coastal walks connect the villages and beyond, allowing the visitor to enjoy the beauty of the coastline.

Sport facilities in and around the village include deep sea diving, golf and tennis. For those who wish to explore there is the medieval city of Gerona, local pottery at La Bisbal, Salvador Dali's museum in Figueres, Roman/Greek ruins in Ampurias, the Pyrenees and of course, Barcelona.
