The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays near the sea without using the car. It is worth mentioning the proximity of the supermarket, restaurants, as well as a terrace chill out where you will enjoy having cocktails at the sound of the sea. Trough the ecological path, you will arrive at the sand beach Levante, Promenade and a leisure area of the flat plot with garden is totally enclosed and is about 700 m2. The living space area is 260 m2 divided in 2 independent floors.
Main floor: Large living-dining room with air conditioner, TV/tdt, with Access to the swimming pool and to the 2 covered terraces, one of them with masonry barbeque and sink, ideal to have your meals.
