There is one bath/shower room with WC.
Good size living room with open fire place and terrace. Electrical heating installed throughout the place.
Separate kitchen with oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils.
Will accommodate up to 4 people.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Linens and towels provided. Weekly or end of stay cleaning.

Notes
This quiet apartment complex (which is mainly used by Spaniards as second residence) is directly located at the open Mediteranian Sea and also has beautiful well maintained gardens and a superb swimming pool built on the rocks. Whilst swimming one can enjoy the Mediterranean sea breeze. If you prefer to swim in the sea, you can either walk straight down to the rocks in front of the apartment or visit either of the beaches that are on both sides of the complex.

There is secure parking within the complex.

There are 3 restaurants in the area. In the nearby town Vilanova i la Geltrú there is an infinite amount of restaurants and a superb fresh food market to choose from. The famous old sea residence town and tourist spot Sitges is only 10 minutes drive by car or 5 min. train (from Vilanova).
