Luxury apartment called Las tres Pitas with private swimming pool and large cozy terrace only 300 metres from the Burriana beach in Nerja.
This attractive apartment is nicely decorated inside and the cosy dining table and lounge corner on the large terrace by the swimming pool. In addition, the apartment is ideal at 300 meters from Playa Burriana and a 10-minute walk from the lively centre of Nerja.

Living room with sat. tv, cd player and free wifi. In the living room is a comfortable double sofa bed. The 2 sliding doors give beautiful light in the living room and access to terrace with swimmingpool.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4 hob ceramic cooker, coffee machine, kettle, tosti-iron and grill plate.

Spacious bedroom with double bed and sliding doors to the terrace.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.

Outside
Via 2 sliding doors in the living room and the sliding door in the bedroom you come on the large terrace with the private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters.
