Our family villa offers guests an ideal base to explore Spain's beautiful Costa Brava. With its large mature garden and recently built solar power heated swimming pool the property has spectacular views across the "Baix Emporda" to the Mediterranean.
The villa itself is split level having many different features including a tower which on the lower level forms the dining room and on its upper level the 4th Bedroom.

The villa has 4 terraced areas, these being around the pool,adjoining the main bedroom,off the lounge and beside the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.These two bedrooms share a large bathroom on the same level which as well as a bath has a separate walk in shower.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen which is only a couple of steps from the dining room.A few steps down and you have the lounge area with feature fireplace ,2 sofas and an array of entertainment options, TV with satellite and Spanish channels, DVD player, music centre and a selection of books .Step out from the lounge onto a terrace area and have the pool directly in front of you.
The mature garden has various species of trees and plants including palms, olive trees, pine trees and even a huge eucalyptus tree and offers an extremely relaxing atmosphere and privacy .
