A lovely front line beach apartment , which is situated in the quiet,  unspoiled area , of the Costa Blanca coastline , called ‘L olla ‘ One km from the beautiful town of Altea .
Evening walks along the natural  seafront of L’ Olla , are a must as there are chiringuitos ( bars and restaurants etc )  ,  they are very local and famous for their fresh fish dishes .
 
Tastefully decorated, the apartment is seven meters from the waters edge, with direct access through the garden, where there is a swimming pool.
 Consisting of two light bedrooms. One double with on suite bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds .There is an independent bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, leading off to a shaded terrace /courtyard area ideal for barbecues. A lounge/ dinning room with view’s across the garden to the sea. There is also private parking.
 
 
Altea  is the prettiest town on this stretch of the Costa Blanca , with its stylish Marina , lively promenade , and its beautiful ‘old town ‘ high on a hill , where one will find the  plaza with café’s , restaurants , and the beautiful blue  domed church . Take a walk through the winding cobbled streets with their whitewashed houses, artisan shops, and boutiques.
 
Altea has a ‘micro climate ‘   thus has very mild winter’s as it is surrounded with the …? … mountains .Artists have been attracted to Altea for many decades  due to its special light , and atmosphere .

This lovely house is our small and calm family place, where we have had fun and lovely summer times. So we decided that was a pity to have close it most of the year, that was one of the reasons that made us rent it, Why don´t share it and give people the oportunity to enyoy our magical place????
