The house "Penguino Andalucia" in Fuente Los Lirios in Benahavis, built in 2005 with living room and bedrooms divided over 2 floors, each large 150 m2 with each a terrace in the South from 75 m2.
On the upper terrace there is a garden part with a dinner table below the pergola. On the groundfloor terrace there is the private pool with a shower. The upper level has a garage of 18 m2 and in the basement there is room for more cars or other things.
If required the pool can he heated. The whole house has central heating on gas, the upper floor with radiators and the groundfloor (sleeppart) with underground heating (heated floors).
