Notes
General
1. the minimum number of nights that you can rent an apartment is 4;
2. you need the apartment by 11.00 am to have left (if you store your luggage after departing, we offer you free);
3. later use of the apartment is from 15.00 hours;
4. maximum number of persons: 6. It is not allowed to take more than this number of people in the apartment overnight without consultation;
5. when booking, a deposit of 30% of the rent to meet. The remaining 70% will then be due 6 weeks before the rental period. For reservations within these 6 weeks you will pay the lump sum payable;
6. cancellation more than 6 weeks before the rental period will be no refund of deposit. Has been paid more than a repayment of an overpayment;
7. cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the first day of the rental period will be no refund. Should it still be rented apartment, then a repayment period of the lease deduction of the deposit and € 50 administration fee.
8. Villa Carpe Diem reserves the right to the improper conduct to deny access to the villa without refund of monies;
9. Villa Carpe Diem can not accept liability for loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever caused to or by established tenants apartments.

Conditions
1. damage and / or loss of inventory by yourself should be reported immediately. If you break something, you must replace it with an object of the same type and value;
2. The tenant gets a set of keys. If you lose, the costs borne by the tenant;
3. We ask a deposit of € 250 per apartment. If you afhuurt the villa, we require a deposit of € 500;
4. for the final cleaning we charge € 70 per apartment;
5. electricity charged per use at € 0,25 per kw/h;
6. Pets are not allowed;
7. Smoking is only allowed outside.
