The Exotica area holds the middle between a rural and urban location, enjoying the best of both worlds. From the pool, the villa looks out over the countryside below with avocado, olive and citrus fruit trees. The views to the south are out to Nerja with the Mediterranean behind. All together, a very convenient location at a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Nerja (2,2 km) and the beaches . If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can easily walk to a supermarket (Lidl) at 800m and to the restaurant of Hotel Almazara at 1,2 km. The access to the villa leads through a lawned garden, from where the villa is accessed on the first floor. The pool (7 x 3m) is set on ground floor lower level and surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun and shade, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. On the first floor you will find a covered terrace with panoramic views, ideal for dining al fresco!

Notes
The villa is set on three levels and accesses through the front door on the first floor.

On the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with open plan kitchen gives access to the pool area. The kitchen on this floor is ideal to cater whilst having your barbecue along the pool; the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, 4 rings vitro hob, oven, washing machine and breakfast bar. You will find two bedrooms on this floor (one twin and one double) and a spacious bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, additional shower, single washbasin and bidet.

On the first floor is the main dining/living room with sofas, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. The second kitchen is semi-independent and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 rings vitro-hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor and a well-sized bathroom with bath with over head shower, wc, single washbasin and bidet.

The second floor comes with another double bedroom and a bathroom with bath with over head shower, wc, single washbasin and bidet.

Note: all bedrooms are equipped with a free standing fan.
