Nice summervilla in Calpe for 6 people with private pool, close to the sandy beach Arenal-Bol, the supermarkets and the town centre Calpe in the area “La Manzanera”. The plot has 800 m² with garden with trees and palms and it’s completely enclosed. The villa has 190 m² arranged on 2 floors.
Ground floor: (access by stairs) large living-dining room with sat-tv/TDT (languages: english, spanish, german and french) and access to the covered terrace with pool. Independent kitchen completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one of them. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. Upper floor: access by internal stairs. Large bedroom with double bed, Access to the terrace with views to the sea and to the pool and with bathroom in suite with bath, wc and washbasin.
External: large plot with garden and pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs. Large covered terrace with built-in barbecue. Parking on the plot for 2 cars.
Distances: only 0,9 km to Levante-Beach with promenade, 0,9 km to the supermarket Mercadona, 0,7 km to the town centre Calpe and 0,5 km to the next busstop.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30€ per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
