La Casa Del Olivar is a rural property of 4500 m of olive trees on a plot of 1000 m. inside where there is a welcoming house of 110 m.
• This distributed in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with a child composition of 2 beds) 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), kitchen (oven, vitro, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc, dinner , cutlery, utensils varied, small appliances), living room with fireplace and porch.
• The house is fully heated with hot / cold in each of their stays. Housing complements a two car garage, a warehouse and a barbecue.
• If your idea is to travel with children have a beautiful garden area with a large sandpit, swings, slides and toys.
• The garden area (practically the whole plot) has a meticulous lawn area that borders the pool of 9x5. This area is oriented toward the covered porch of the house and placed the barbecue (has toilet, refrigerator, music, etc). Within the garden there are large-sized palm trees, olive trees and garden plants varied. The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation (these points are not needed any maintenance on a normal occupation for 1 week which involves privacy for guests).
The whole plot has a large foreign iluminiacion makes the night outside the climate of this part of Spain, are great for outside meals, baths, etc.. The house is stocked with linens and towels.
Access to the house is fully paved, having only to deviate from the county road 100 m. The farm is located right on the border between Alhaurin el Grande (6 km) and Alhaurin de la Torre (8 km) people who have all services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc).
Likewise we are about 20 km Malaga and its airport ce and about 20/30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or the beach but without the burden of the coast in summer. The house is located at the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas and only about 500 m from the golf course Laurogolf.
