The Thai owners have tastefully stamped their mark on this property giving you the feeling that you are entering a luxurious villa in Koh Samui but really you are situated on the exclusive Peralada Golf complex. It really is impressive with a relaxing oriental calm aura, it even has a large Buda in the garden.
There is parking on the gated driveway but the Peralada Golf complex is extremely safe with security gates at the entrance.
A fantastic, large landscaped garden area surrounds the villa with a lovely green lawn, a 8m x 4m swimming pool with lights so you can also take advantage of the summer evenings, eating on the terrace outdoors or just relaxing in the garden.
As you enter the house there is a large entrance hall with stairs leading to upstairs and a gallery landing.
Downstairs from the hallway, double doors lead you into the open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge all of which overlooks the garden, terrace and pool areas. There is air conditioning in the lounge area.
Large windows give a feeling of being outdoors.
Also off the main hallway is a downstairs seperate toilet.
There is a double bedroom on the lower floor which also leads onto the terrace area/pool area. This bedroom has it's own bathroom on this level which has a walk in shower, a bath with shower attachment and large vanity unit.
Going upstairs you find a mezzanine area overlooking the lounge downstairs with a couple of modern sofas which can be used for sleeping 2 extra people to make it up to 8 people. This area is normally used as an extra TV lounge area with TV and gameboy or if no children in your party can be used as another relaxing or meditation area.
The main bedroom is on this floor with air conditioning, it has it's own very large bathroom with walk in shower, bath, W/C and bidet and double sinks. Large wardrobe area and patio doors which lead onto the terrace and views over to the pyrenees mountain range.
There is another double bedroom at the other side of the landing area which also has air-conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and it's own en-suite with bath with shower attachment, W/C, bidet and double sinks. This bedroom also has a terrace with views over to the pyrenees mountains.
The house is complete luxury giving a home from home feel with plasma TV, coffee machine and everything you need but with such a peaceful feel that you will find it hard to move away from the house to explore the surrounding areas.
